Expiration. All Training Sessions must be scheduled within one (1) year from the Effective Date. Show dog. Client warrants and represents that Pet is not a “show dog” and does not participate in dog shows. Client further represents that Client generates no revenue or income from the pet’s performance. Client does not intend, plan or anticipate that Pet will generate revenue or income in the future from any source including and not limited to breeding of Client’s Pet. Cancellation Policy. Client must give a 24 hour notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any Training Session. Without 24 hour notice, at Bow Wow’s sole discretion, session fees may still be due, or for a package deal the session will still be counted as one Training Session. Indemnification. Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bow Wow from any and all damages, claims, loss, liabilities, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs, arising out of or related to Bow Wow’s services including, without limitation, (i) any inaccuracy in any statement made by yourself or information provided by you to Bow Wow (ii) your dog, including but not limited to destruction of property, dog bites, injury, and transmission of disease, and (iii) any action by yourself which is in breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, except incidents which may arise from intentional and willful misconduct by Bow Wow. Limitation of Liability. BOW WOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF ANY NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOW WOW BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT PAID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. By becoming a client, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them Bow Wow Behavioral LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THIS AGREEMENT, THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE. Bow Wow Behavioral LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY), TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF Bow Wow Behavioral LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH COSTS OR DAMAGES. SPECIFICALLY (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) Bow Wow Behavioral LLC IS NOT LIABLE IF YOU BRING A DOG TO ANY VENUE OR PRESENTATION AND ANY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTS. All users and clients of Bow Wow Behavioral LLC websites, products or services accept that they are knowledgeable of all applicable laws and are responsible for compliance with such. Client also agrees that there will be no use or transmission of the site or its materials that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal or civil offense. This Agreement and all rights and obligations hereunder are personal to Licensee and may not be assigned, sublicensed, encumbered, or otherwise transferred, in whole or in part, by Licensee without the prior written consent of Licensor, which consent shall be in Licensor's sole and exclusive discretion. Licensee shall have no right to give permission to any person to alter, deface, add to, remove, erase, or obliterate, in whole or in part, any of the Licensed Marks or to use any of the Licensed Marks in connection with any goods or services whatsoever, regardless of what registrations for the Licensed Marks exist in any country of the Territory for any particular goods or services. Any attempt by Licensee to do any of the foregoing shall be void ab initio and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. This Agreement and any or all rights and duties hereunder may be assigned by Licensor without Licensee's consent and without any restriction whatsoever. Right to Reschedule. Bow Wow reserves the right to cancel/reschedule appointments at its sole discretion, without penalty, at any time, with any new scheduled time to be agreed upon by the parties. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Each party consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois. Force Majeure. Neither Client nor Bow Wow shall be responsible for failure or delay in performing its duties under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to tornados, thunderstorms, fire, floods, drought, riot, war or other acts of nature.

“Ty is fantastic! We adopted an adorable 8 months old pup Maya and were having with potty training and wanted the pup to learn some basic commands. We were going on a 3 week trip, and boarded Maya with Ty. We came back to a happy healthy dog who was SO much better than when we left. We have a small baby at home, so unfortunately once we took Maya home, we fell off with training and a few things regressed.
